DESPATCH TIMES

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox.

We ship to the whole of the UK (Channel Islands included).

Standard Tracked Shipping

Express Shipping

Next Business Day Delivery (Mon–Thu, order by 2:00 PM)

Daily cut-off time: 2 pm (Mon to Fri)

Orders placed after Thursday 2 pm and before Friday 2 pm will arrive on Saturday.

Orders placed after Friday 2 pm and before Monday 2 pm will arrive on the Tuesday.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Depending on the delivery method, this email notification may include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bobbinycords.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
