Refund policy

We are fully committed to our customers’ satisfaction and hope that you love your purchase with us. However, if you wish to return your order or part of it, we will help you do so.

You may return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you are returning must be in the same condition that you received them in, unused, with the Bobbiny Cords UK on, in sellable condition.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to customer misuse


Exchanges

To initiate a return as per above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you wish to receive your exchanged item as soon as possible, we advise you to order your new item as soon as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, less the shipping cost if you have chosen to generate a return shipping label.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost during transit.
