Refund policy
You may return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you are returning must be in the same condition that you received them in, unused, with the Bobbiny sleeve on, in sellable condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final.
Exchanges
To initiate a return as per above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you wish to receive your exchanged item as soon as possible, we advise you to order your new item as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, less the shipping cost if you have chosen to generate a return shipping label.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
