We hope you love your purchase with us. However, should you wish to return any items, we have made the process straightforward and hassle-free for your convenience.

You may return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.

We provide return shipping labels to avoid the hassle of arranging your own return postage. This means you can generate your own return label.

Please note that the fee for a return label is £1.99 and will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to arrange your own shipping. If this is the case, we recommend you get tracked shipping to avoid any issues.

To start a return, please visit https://account.bobbinycords.co.uk/ 

  1. Log in to your account (no account needed, only your email address):
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, less the shipping cost if you have chosen to generate a return shipping label.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method 3–5 business days.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
